R SYRAH - AGIORGITIKO


Varietal synthesis: syrah 50% agiorgitiko 50%

Alcoholic title: 13%

Wine making: the grapes of each variety are driven to different vats for cool overflowing for few hours, and then the juice of grapes is moved in vats for the remove of the solid parts for 12 hours at the temperature of 6-8oC. It is following alcoholic fermentation at the temperature of 14-15oC.

Characteristics: wine with attractive, distinguish color, aroma of fresh fruits, cool because of acidity and distinctive tannins.

It can be consumed and two years after produce year.
